A: ComEd. The bill got lost in the mail, so I called (after discovering that there is a $2 fee to pay your bill over the Internet) to request a duplicate bill. The system doesn't return you to the main menu or give you the option of speaking to an actual person - it just disconnect you. Thankfully this is all straighted out now.
