Where to begin? How can it be October already?!!!

When I last updated graduation was just days away and things were in chaos mode. We were informed that our lease wasn't being renewed, and we had to be out by August 1. There was still no job, but it felt like it could happen.

Since then we have moved from Chicago, although our stuff is still there in storage. B did find a job, but it is contract. This happened about a week before the movers arrived, and thus our backup Plan B to go to LA, became Plan C and thusly we arrived in northern California where we stayed at an extended stay hotel.

Things were looking up as B got put on his second project. We even started looking for a place to live. But it wasn't a very long project, and currently he is on the beach and we are in LA. It sort of worked out as his parents needed to come here to take care of some business, so it killed two birds with one stone, so to speak.

The plan is to head back to the bay area tomorrow and stay at yet another extended stay. Still no idea where we are going to land. Trying to just go with the flow and take it as it comes. Everything could change with one phone call or email.
